    Keep some tin foil near the embroidery machine. When the scissors start to get blunt, just cut the foil a few times with them and they get a nice sharp edge on them once again. Try it, it really works

    2nd tip for today.If you keep all your thread off-cuts and use them to stuff a pin cushion instead of toy filler it prevents the pins from rusting.Also,you can use them to embellish quilts, wall hangings, garments, anything you like.You sandwich it between the fabric you are using and a very sheer fabric, then free- hand machine all over it.The more colours you have in your thread off-cuts the prettier it looks.You can also use the decorative stitches on your normal machine and just go around the edge of the sheer fabric like applique.Another use for these off-cuts is putting them in glass Christmas baubles and if you have any metallic threads in there, even better.

    what no body has tips today
    ok then 505 spray makes it easy to hoop if you have bad hands
    this is a good one that works if you get blood on fabric say from pin prick chew some cotton then clean the bood off with it . don't know why but it works

    Yes it does, but apparently only your saliva.If someone else was to try it on your pin prick blood it doesn't.
