I did forget to mention the twins websites:
thanks for sharing. I have added their website to my favorites. Sure a lot of things I can learn from !
Oh my! I wish I could be there! I am green with envy.So glad you had a great day.
Hugs, Nadyne
Here are Kris & Kim's projects for this week - Terri and I saw these pillows and looked at them - before we even knew about their weekly projects:
As the picture shows - these are both lovely projects - I hope some of you view the projects each week and get inspirations for something for your home.
And to set the record striaght - in my description of who we were greeted by - it was Kris and she sat with us and did show and tell and Kim came in later and was able to share on her sweet little Kimberbell Doll. Apologies to the twins for my error in their names.
These are two of the quilts - that were easiest to take picture of - there were so many around - that it was like eye candy. Hehehe!
1. How to make a ginerbread man quilt
2. Poinsetta & Holly Quilt
Terri aka twee bought this pattern yesterday - I can't wait to see what she does with it.
After seeing the post in projects - I went to their website and gleamed a lot of info and ideas! It was a great idea and worth the extra drive, I am sure!!! So happy you all were able to get together!! Hugs, Laura*
Laura, it was so much fun - so happy to hear that you went to the site and got idea's and info. *4U
It is so good to see you get out and have fun. What an encredible experience you and Terri had. The day must have flown by for the 2 of you.
WOW! Those Mannequin Pincushions are awesome...seem like you had a FIESTA ;D *@U
Hi Shirlene, what a fabulous looking shop. The twins remind me of Marie Osmond! I love all the quilts and things lying around the shop and are so glad you and Terri had a great day. Love Chris
Chris - I have a couple more quilts - I forgot to load - I hope you come back.
I bet that they twins get that all the time, too. (about Marie)
I almost forgot to tell you - that Cheryl had a great presentation on Accuquilt Flowers - we spent hours cutting fabric and learning how to make different sort of flowers to decorate and enjoy. She did a great job and we had so much fun. I was gone most of the day - it was almost 6 PM when I got home. It was such a blessing to be around so many creative thinkers and have fun chatting and caring for one and another. Thanks Terri for the get traveling one on one time, too.
Looks like you all had a great time, Shirlene! Great projects and fellowship.
