Are you wanting a design or are you looking for the ITH felt covers that go over the clippies? There was a freebie on Planet Applique that was a Christmas light bulb, but it can be used as something other than that. I will have to look at my folder and see if there was a freebie anywhere. Seems like there might have been one at Moosebstitchin also.
