It is not wise to increase or decrease ANY design by more than 20% because the design will lose its integrity and is highly unlikely to stitch out properly. If you want a design larger than what you have, you should contact the digitiser and ask if they can do it for you as they will have the original working file, (before stitches are created) and that is the only sure way to re-size a design greater than 20%.
