I have the tension adjust key in Janome MC 11000, now what will be tension for the embrodiery because the embrodiery pluckers and the bobbin thread appears above. Thanks. Elizabeth

Turn your tension down to 2.
DO NOT touch the tension screw in the bobbin!I can not emphasise that enough.
Also make sure you have enough stabilizer for the design.
Check the amount of stitches, and for every 10,000 stitches use one layer of medium weight, tear away stabilizer.
Again, I will say there is NO difference between tear away and cut away, except for the price.
If, say the design has 18,000 stitches, hoop the fabric with one layer of tear away, and slip another layer underneath the hoop. 18,000 stitches is so close to 20,000 stitches that it warrants another layer. Also use a number 11 needle.
And, please, because you have a Janome, use ONLY Organ or Janome needles.
