How to adjust the thread tension on Janome MC 11000 I do not see any thing to adjust the tension. Elizabeth

Hi, my machine is being fixed, but in the screen embroidery, 2 colums right hand side, bottom Jog & stitch, above "X" there's an interlocking thimble, touch it, that's the tension. I do hope I remember it well, and my instructions are clear.
