when doing embrodiery on MC 9500, the top thread get struck below, a nest is formed. the bobbin thread does not come in contact with the top thread. and then the bobbin holder moves to anti clock

wise . Cannot do any embroidery. when stitching normal running stitch is it is normal but while stitching zig zag a nest if formed underneath with the top thread. is the bobbin holder loose because it shifts. Elizabeth
