Dear Sissi, cancer was an illness that friends of friends of friends had!! Now, there isn't one family that hasn't got a family member that is suffering from it!! My mother, 72, was diagnosed with cancer in the uterus and had to have a Hysterectomy in July. I had to rush from Melbourne to Switzerland to comfort her. Was there for 4 weeks - not much - but better than nothing. 6 weeks ago my dad, 77, was diagnosed with pancreatic cancer. Even the lymph nods have been attacked! We have cried until there was no more tear to cry. We are in God's hands. May he always keep on giving strength to accept whatever he is giving us and keep on giving us the courage to fight the battles. Bless you and your family. Hugs, Mary, Melbourne
