I have been trying to download the Rose Cupcake from Embroidershoppe. When I unzip it, it keeps saying it cannot handle file. Does anyone else have the same problem.

Yes, the cupcake is fixed!!! I downloaded it, and it's lovely. The colors in JEF will need to be changed (of course) they seem to come up a lot of browns, but that's not hard. I must tell you, the customer service people at this website were awesome, checking into it, sending me the JEF converted into another software to check to see if it was ok, then uploading the corrections. The software they used to make the first file was apparently incompatible with something. They are very nice people, and it's a very nice site, definitely worth watching as they add more designs. You must sign in to download, but they don't take very much info at all, just e-mail address, name and password. I highly recommend this site! Hugs, Marji

Just joined up and download the rose cupcake. It must be fixed I unziped and opened in Digitizer Jr save to my card and loaded on my machine takes 44 minuties 15 colors.<br />Have not stitched it out.<br />

I downloaded this file some time ago and did not have any problem opening it up, but I have not tried to put it in my machine. I use PES format not sure it that part was okay. Will be anxious to find out.

No problem, I'll post the answer right here in this question, that way it'll be all together.

There is something really wrong with this file, girls. It downloaded just fine, and unzipped fine, and has no virus. But when I tried to look at it in Janome Digitizer Pro, there was no information in the unzipped files, and the program said the file extension was unknown, even though it was JEF, which is what I use. Also, the zipped file, which I can usually read without unzipping in Design Gallery, sent the program into some kind of loop, and I had to dump out of it with Control Alt Delete, 3 times, before it would shut down. I will contact Embroideryshoppe, and I suggest you both do as well. There's something wrong with the file, definitely. Anyone else, don't bother downloading it until it's fixed. I deleted the whole folder I had it in. Hugs, Marji

I had the same problem. It unzipped but when I tried to upload onto my machine, it zapped the machine every time. I thought I was doing something wrong.

Gayle, I looked at the site, and had to sign up to download the rose cupcake. I haven't gotten any sign-up link back yet, but when I do I'll download it and see what's up. Did you click on the "download problems" link below the picture of the cupcake, to see if any of those things are your problem? Hugs, Marji

I can't get signed up either. I have tried four times and are still waiting for the password. Something is wrong. Great design but way to much trouble.
