I have known Amy online for nearly two
years (through the Elna Exers Group) and
her advice is what set me on the right
path, right from the beginning. She is so
knowledgable and explains thing so well and
this free article is just the most
brilliant advice for both beginner and
experienced digitisers, alike. As
digitisers, we never stop learning and
improving so when I just found this site of
Amy's I was compelled to share it with
you all.

On her site she has information on Pfaff
Creative Designer, Embird and Xpressive,
(Xpressive is the software used by Elna
Xquisite machines)
I do hope some of you find this post
helpful.

Yes, I'm still awake, been in bed all
day with a temperature and feeling lousy. I
have an infection in the porta cath
surgical wound. When they went to take the
stitches out it had not knitted together
after 13 days. (I'm coming apart at
the seams!!! LOL!!)
Anyway I'm back on anti-biotics and
praying all these health problems will
hurry up and leave. :-)
As for the Digitising article, I have the
greatest admiration for Amy so I know you
won't be disappointed.
She really helped me so much.

Meganne, I hope you get better soon. I also
went to a doctor today, made some blood
tests. I'll have the result next week.
But it is all about my depression, it is
affecting my health.
You are always in my thoughts and
prayers.

I am sorry to hear you are still having
problems Yoriko but it's
understandable with your Son & family
all being back in Japan. That's enough
to make anyone depressed and there's
no tablet that can fix that longing.
My thoughts are with you, always.
Hugs n more hugs, Meganne
53558 looks interesting. do you know if
there's something like that for the
brothermachines ( pe-design)?
but thanks for those who use these!
by meganne 04 Sep 2009
Hi Gerry, I theink The Anatomy of a Design
applies to all digitising, regardless of
the program you use, as it is a basic
standard.
I'll keep my eyes open for tuts for PE
Design as I also have that program,
(though I don't use it)
I receive Emails from Bernina and
Husqvarner/Viking but none from Brother but
I'm sure there must be help out there
as there are so many help groups around the
days.
Have you tried searching the Yahoo Groups
or even just Google Brother tutorials.
I may even try this later myself, if I
remember. LOL!!!

64466 You must have posted it a while back because I downloaded it then never read it. Thanks for the reminder!

Gee DEB, has my memory got that bad?
I only just discovered Amy's website
tonight, and I know I didn't have this
particular article, but I do remember she
did write me a message about this subject
in Jan 08. Maybe it was that message I
passed on???? Or I'm going batty!!!
LOL!!

Hey Reggie, My Dad's name was Reg but he didn't have my ability to read minds. LOL!!!
Welcome to Cute, if I haven't welcomed you before. Please excuse my S.O.H. you'll get used to my offbeat humour when you get to know me. :-)
