Tutorial: finding the new freebie tab. I have photos inside for you to see how to find the new tab, which takes you to the freebie posts. I think some are having trouble knowing how to use it.>
I have to put the photos in an answer, so
have patience for a moment, hee hee hee. I
see a couple newbies posting in the Public
category, wanted to help them find the
right place. If you're not finding
that freebie tab, you're missing all
the reminders and posts, eeekkkk. So
here's your photo tutorial.

22363 22363 I'm bringing this back up to the top, for newbies to the site. We seem to have a lot of freebie posts in the Public category lately. Please take time to read and use this information, ok? Veronika went to a lot of trouble and expense to make that Freebie tab, we need to be using it. I know we all make mistakes once in a while, that's understandable, no problem. But there have been an awful lot of "mistakes" lately, can we pay a bit more attention? Thanks bunches, hugs, Marji
22363 Ok, the first picture is of the posts under the Public tab. The tabs are at the top of the postings. The one you're in will be white, the others kind of greyed. The system automatically takes you to Public when you hit the Community link at the top of the page. What you want to do is put your pointer on the second tab, the one indicated by the arrow. The pointer will turn to a hand, and you click that tab. You will then see the posts under freebies. That's the second picture. See how the Freebie tab is now white, and the rest are greyed? When you're in that section, you'll see all the freebie posts, just go to the green arrow, "start a new topic", just as you always do, and make your post. If you are still having trouble, please don't hesitate to ask, I'll try to explain it a different way. I hope these screen shots are large enough to see, they're kind of blurry. Hugs, Marji

someone is often correcting or annoyed at
others postings. I love the freebies
postings as well as all the other postings
(except the snarky ones). Is there a way
to see ALL postings at once without having
to go to each section?

I am afraid the answer is no. The four sections are seperate. And only in 'public' you have the choice to read 'all' - which is the default setting - or use the tags to read specific subjects.
