I have a separate folder in bookmarks with all the 'currently collecting' sites in it. When I have completed something I delete it from that list. Works most of the time - except yesterday when I must have forgotten to check any of them!

I copied a file (mabey the one that sewmom send me) it is a Excell file. 1 colum with the link of the site 2 the name of the alpha and after that 26 colums A B C D etc. Each time i mark the A B C D with an X and that is the way I know what I already have or not. I also added if I have to check each day, week or get information by e-mail. I can send you a copy if you want. Everytime I DL i open the excell file so it is standby.

Yes, I have a chart that I made. If you would like a copy send me a pm with your email. I also have bookmarked the sites that I need to check daily. They are on the top of my bookmark list.

I bookmark or save to favorites all of the links to the sites where I am collecting alpha's. That way all I have to do is go straight to the site. When I save the bookmark, I type in name of site and alpha they are giving (Britt's (sandcastle), Cute (friendship)) and so on. As I complete one I will delete the bookmark and if another one starts on that site, I redo it. I make a seperate folder in bookmarks titled Alpha Collection.

I have a list of all alphas I'm collecting and the site they come from (sorta) and cross em off as I get em (sometimes) So anything that I'm collecting goes on these pages. I made up a form in my word program and printed it out with 8 to a page, printed on both sides and sits in the corner, scribble all over when it's done .........

Yes, I keep a small spiral notebook by my computer with the name of the site, name of alphabet or series I am collecting. I write down under each category as I d/l it. That way at a glance I can see if I have d/l it yet and what I still need.
