How do i go about questing a vote on a design? I know letvia does it but how do I get to her to request one?

Look to the right of the screen when you are looking at the posts on the community page. Search for member letvia. When you find her, click on her name (you can also just click on her name on a post of hers). That will lead you to her page and under her picture you can click on private message. Send her a message with your request. To see if someone sent you a private message (PM) go to the community page and look at the three tabs just above the messages. If it says Private +1 then you have a message. I believe you can only reply to a message once, when someone replies to you, you can't reply back to them in that PM mode.
