22887 Yoriko, Thank you so much for your kindness! Your designs are wonderful and the alpha's are loved by all! The new Christmas alpha is going to be alot of fun, especially when I get me some glow in the dark thread. Joann's here did not seem to have anything that I needed. I needed the Yellow thread for the firefly, some 505 adhesive spray, and some Vilene. The employees did not seem to know anything about what I needed and kept telling me to go online to find what I needed. I have a feeling that the Huge Joann's is not going to make it. There were not too many people in there and the employee in the sewing machine dept could not help me for talking to her friend about what happened last night and what they were going to do that night. These were not young people my any means. They were my age or older. I am 62. She also told me I need to go online at Nancy's Notions to find what I needed. The lady in the material did not know what Vilene was so I proceeded to explain what I was going to do with it. "We don't carry anything like that in here" was what I got. She never left the cutting table. There were no customers but me and 3 employees standing at the cutting table. I finally found something similar to Vilene at Wal Marts and they were happy to wait on me. I was hurting and about to lose it in Joann's that afternoon. I had just left the Dr's office and was very short on patience but I made myself be nice. It is for sure that I am going to have to find the lowdown on where to shop up here without having to go to the north side of Atlanta. It would be easier for me to go to Augusta to shop. I know where to go and I get discounts where I bought my 2 Babylocks.
