I am making a "NANA" shirt for my sister. I wanted to use a boy and girl cut out , like a paperdoll for each of the grandchildren and applique them with fabric that would represent each one.

Could you use a paperdoll design? I have seen lots of them. I don't know if it would work, just asking.

If I had a simple paperdoll maybe someone would digatize it. Maybe some one else will have one. Thanks
