Hey Sandy I have never heard of the EOS File viewer is it easy to use. My machine has to have a reader/writer box for me to transfer designs. Can I view designs with this and not have to hook up my reader box.? Any help is appreciated.nanniesara

I just downloaded it - and it is free. You do have to register, but the only required fields are your name, user ID, e-mail and password. Don't forget to download the .pdf file which has the instructions to use the program. 12 pages.
