That's strange.
Procedure as ever- left menu "free
designs". Then window Neuigkeiten and
button Lesezeichen, then pink button under
the designs "free design"- this
should give you a zip download.
Tried out and it works, just this moment,
15 minutes after your posting.

look at the left side of the screen, it says free designs, click on it and it will bring up a page with the various categories of designs. For instance, if you click on the button below the bookmarks, the page of designs opens up and the free one in that category is marked free.
