I like the idea of downloading 7zip for free but when I click on the 7zip link, there are so many options. I can't figure out which to download, can someone help? I just need to open a few rar files.

I too and confused by the number of options. Which one do I download to use to convert to jef format (using the usual program that the microsoft software on my computer uses for conversion - prior to RAR)? I'd appreciate your advice on this Eva, I'm quite computer-challenged (a nicer way of saying I definitely don't know my way around a computer well at all).
