Hi Barb, when you are in (My account) go to,profile, personal info, my image, click on Browse a "choose file" box will open, go to your pictures that you have in your computer or any jpeg or gif, click open then it should come into image box on Cute, click save. Hopefully that will help you , if not give me a hoy and i'll try to help you.Louise :) *4u
