4294 If you have a Michaels store in your area I just bought some blank frame Christmas cards there. They were in the $1 bins and they were 10 pk for $1 seven designs to choose from. Also I have found a few single ones at Joanns for $1 each, they were on a rotating card/sticker display. You can also look online just google blank frame greeting cards. GL*

I haven't been able to find kiwi paper anywhere in my area either only online. If using the frame card any fabric that is sturdy enough tonot pucker will be great to use. I am challenging myself and going to try doing a design on velvet. to put into the frame. I have tried embroidering directly onto card stock and it was a disaster for me, but I think my choice in designs was a bad one.

19394 Thank you for all the information. I have some card stock but no cutter. I probably can get a cutter at Hobby Lobby. There is a 40% coupon this week, so this will be perfect to use it on. I also found some to buy at PGS Specialties internet site. I will put the link in below. The cards have 3 sides so I can hide the back of the design.

1295 Hi, don`t know what part of the world you are in but, I get some of my card stock on ebay as it is so cheap. I also have a cutter where I can cut the shapes myself, oval, square, star, circle and lots of other shapes. Lots of scrapbooking places have the cutout cards also...Goodluck..

Hi misscharlie:
What do you use to embroider the design on? Is there special paper. I tried to find Kiwi paper, but its not available where I live. I don't order on line. I just wondered if Michaels here in Canada has something I could use.
