Virus sites.... pls list them here!

I understand that there's some sites that said to have virus with them. I'm not sure if its the freebies/free files (ie jef/pes etc format) thats infected with the virus or the website will actually send the virus to our pc. So i'm wondering if anyone have a list of sites we must or should avoid. Pls list them here for everyone.
