I bought "Cover A Stitch" from AllStitch. It seems to work well. It covers the stitches on the back so they don't scratch.

would that be the no show backing you put on especially for babies skin. It not only covers up the stitching but makes it soft against the skin. Other than that I don't know. Sandra H.
